  I use to think the Festus sprint store was the best they use to be so helpful but now I won't go into the store unless I really have to I went in there about 2 weeks ago and the young lady that helped me who name I won't put on a review was very rude needs to learn a lesson in customer service. I had to run to the store tonight to have them look at my tablet when I walked in they had music blaring and all standing around playing on there phone the one of the guys in there was actually sitting on the counter very unprofessional place to visit I will drive to Arnold next time

  The customer service from this store is wonderful. Every time I stop in with a question or what's this they take the time and help. Customer service is still very important to me, so this really does matter.

  Asked for help with voicemail. All I wanted was my phone to notify me when I had voicemail. The girl told me my phone couldn't do that. She tried making me use sprints voicemail. I went home fixed the problem myself. Now I get voicemail notification and I don't need there special app
